I used the original Laughing Cow. Here we have the original French product "La Vache qui Rit" so it might be a bit different, but I checked online to see its equivalent in the US, I believe it's the Original Creamy Swiss.

I love Creamy Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese wedges. Yummo. But I bought some I thought was the original and it turned out to be a new product and was cream cheese. Definitely not the same flavor. I will have to be more vigilant in my reading next time. :) The recipe sounds wonderful.

The laughing cow cheese is sooo popular here, we grew up eating it and now my kid loves it as well! this recipe is easy and tasty, the cookies are like shortbread/butter cookies, good for kids and grown ups of course!

Thank you Rebecca :) I have to say this photo is from a French website where I first saw this recipe.. but I promise you the cookies will look exactly the same, if not better! worth trying.
