Ingredients For sweet “heart” peanut blossoms

1/2 cbutter

1/2 cpeanut butter (i use jiff)

1/2 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 lgegg
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 3/4 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 pkgheart shaped chocolates
How To Make sweet “heart” peanut blossoms

1In food processor or large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy. -
2Add the egg and vanilla and blend well.

3Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well blended. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes at 375*. Remove from oven and place chocolate hearts in center of each cookie, gently pressing into each cookie. Return to oven and bake 2 minutes longer. Cool on wire rack. 4 points per cookie
