Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour
1 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
baking powder
1 stick
butter
3/4 c
milk
1 c
frozen cranberries

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl, combine all the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Cut butter into pats over the
flour mixture, then combine with a fork or hands until butter resembles fine bread crumbs, Add milk, blend in with a fork. Now add the cranberry's
place the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Form a circle about 1 inch thick. With a floured knife cut 12 pieces starting from the middle forming a wedge
Place the scones on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven set at 375 degrees for 12 to 15
minutes or until golden brown. Place on wire rack to cool.
