I make these every Christmas. This recipe was very dry this year so I added a whole egg instead of just the yolk and they turned out great.

1 cbutter flavor shortening

1 Tbspmolasses
-
1 Tbspcinnamon

1egg
-
1 1/4 cwhite sugar

1 tspbaking soda

2 1/4 cflour
How To Make swedish cinnamon cookies

1Mix all ingredients well. Form into small balls and roll in white sugar. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in additional sugar.

2Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
