Swedish butter cookies
This is a very delicate and delicious cookie and I remember Bridget whenever I make them.

- 1 lb
- butter, softened
- 2 c
- 2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 5 c
1Prepare cookie dough by kneading all ingredients together until you can roll out the dough. Roll the dough about 1/4" thick and cut with a cookie cutter.
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 7-10 minutes depending on your oven.
2Note: This can be made into a drop cookie as well.
Melted chocolate chips can be drizzled over the cookies when cool but not necessary, but certainly delicious.
