I am having so much fun coming up with creative ways to use cake mixes and bake almost homemade cookies. I wanted to make a cookie that reminded me of Sunshine Brand Lemon Coolers which are not made anymore. Found some at the dollar store, but didn't come close. These came pretty close and would be great for a ladies get together.

1 boxduncan hines lemon supreme cake mix

1 lgegg

1/4 coil
-
1/4 clemon juice

1 tsplemon extract

powdered sugar/with lemon extract
How To Make sunshine lemon cake mix cookies

1Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Drop dough in small balls onto a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool till cookie gets easy to handle and then roll in powdered sugar mixture.
