Directions
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. In large bowl mix together butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add baking soda and pudding mix and againg mix until smooth. Add flour and oats until creamy and forms cookie dough consistency. With a wooden spoon mix in chocolate chips.Drop spoonfull cookie dough onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheets and flatten to your liking as the cookies do not flatten much on their own. Bake for approx 12 minutes or until edge of cookie is lightly browned. Leave on cookie sheet for at least 2 minutes before transferring to cookie rack to allow cooling completely...ENOY!!This made 2 1/2 dozen good size yummy cookies.

Thank you Raquel...LOL I had to laugh at myself because I thought I was reading a part of the same line over and over. Blonde roots, what can I say? LOL
I always make a recipe once as is so I can fairly determine whether or not it's to my taste. The only thing I may add, down the road, is a touch of cinnamon. I love cinnamon in my choco chip cookies. I put in about an eighth of a tsp just so you get a taste of something different. Kind of makes you go "ooo...what is that? I like it!" ;o)

Hi again Raquel. Made these tonight and I absolutely love them! There were a big hit with my family too. I added raisins and pecans to the mix and instead of baking individual cookies, I opted for a pan cookie (I'm lazy...what can I say? LOL) Baked for 12 mins and they came out perfect. Tomorrow I'm going to take a couple of them and put a scoop ice cream between, then some hot fudge and whipped cream. I think it's going to be a fabulous desert. Thank you again for sharing this recipe. :o)
