- 18 oz. vanilla sandwich cookies
- 1 box
- 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
- 1 c
- almonds or nuts of your choice
- 2 c
- white almond bark or white chips, melted
1Beat cream cheese till fluffy.
2In food processor, chop cookies and transfer to a mixer bowl with cheese. Add nuts. Mix well.
3Form dough into 1 inch balls with hands.
4Dip balls into melted white coating and put on wax paper lined pan. Cool 1 hour in fridge.
