My mom makes snicker doodles and they always turn out soft an perfect. So i am sharing this reciepe. i hope you have the same luck making them soft and perfect.

Ingredients For snicker doodles

1 1/2 c

sugar
1/2 c

butter or stick margarine,softend
1/2 c

shortening
2 lg

eggs
2 3/4 c

all-purpose flour
2 tsp

cream of tartar
1 tsp

baking soda
1/4 tsp

salt
1/4 c

sugar
2 tsp

ground cinnamon

How To Make snicker doodles

Heat oven to 400 degrees

beat 1 1/2 sugar,butter,shortening and eggs in large bowl. stir in flour,cream of tartar,baking soda,salt.

shape 1 1/4-inch balls.mix 1/4 sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture.place balls 2 inches apart on ungreesed cookie sheet.

bake 8-10 mins. immediatly remove cookies off cookie sheet. and place on wire rack.
