- all purpose flour
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Cream butter and sugar. Work in flour.
3If dough is crumbly, mix in 1 to 2 tbsp. soft butter.
4In a greased cookie sheet, pat out all of the dough mixture. Prick with a fork.
5Bake 20 to 30 minutes (until edges are browning).
6Cool. cut into 1 inch squares to serve.
