sleeves of ritz crackers
1 1/2 lb
mint chocolate chips chips
**note- if you can't find the mint chips use semi sweet chips with 1 tsp. of mint extract. i used that and it worked fine.
1Melt Chocolate Chips in microwave. (About 1 -1/2 minutes)
2Stir till creamy
3Dip crackers in chocolate.
4Put cookies on wax paper.
5Freeze till set.

Yes they are messy to make but great tasting. I've always used the semi sweet chips and have added the extract. Everyone loves them!
