Blue Ribbon Recipe

With the smell of fall, the aroma while these pumpkin spice biscotti are baking is wonderful. We enjoyed this fall twist on an Italian cookie. Using a spice cake mix helps to cut down on the preparation steps. Adding canned pumpkin and pumpkin spice adds a nice depth of pumpkin flavor to the cookies. The nutty pecans add a bit of crunch. Drizzling with melted colored chocolate adds to the pumpkin feel of the biscotti.
