Ingredients

2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1 c
(2 sticks) butter
1 pkg
(12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 box
(4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 c
light brown sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2
eggs
nuts if desired

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs and pudding. Beat until smooth. Add flour and baking soda, then stir in chips and nuts (1/2 cup).
2Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
