Hope's Notes:

By far the best cookie ever invented! These cookies melt in your mouth and are so soft and moist. LOVE THEM!

Directions

1
Mix butter, cocoa, sugar, milk, and salt together in saucepan. Boil 1 minute.
2
Stir in oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Let cool, then roll into small balls and flatten out on wax paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes then take out and leave at room temperature.

I'm a little confused. Am I to use 4 c. of oatmeal? "3 c. quick-cooking oats" AND "1 c. oatmeal, uncooked" ? Or is the 1 c. oatmeal for a separate use? These look & sound delicious! I just don't want to mess them up.

Oh gosh! I'm sorry, use only 3, I have this written down in my cookbook and I guess I put it down twice in my book. I'll fix this! Thank you! :)

No problem, thank you for catching it before someone or myself puts it in a cookbook! I usually write things down as I cook the meal so I don't forget exactly how to do it so that's probably why it was on there twice. I hope they turn out great! Enjoy:)

I"m not sure, I haven't tried it, but if you try it with Splenda and they turn out good, let me know! :)
