My 2 favorite things, potato chips and cookies!! These are buttery, light and has a crunch from the salty snack.

Ingredients

2 c
butter, softened
1 c
sugar
4 c
flour
2 tsp
vanilla
1 c
crushed potato chips
1 c
chopped pecans

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Gradually add flour, beating until combined. Beat in vanilla. Stir in potato chips and pecans. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
