POTATO CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

1 lb	butter i use 1/2 butter flavored crisco
1 c	sugar
3 c	flour
2 c	crushed potato chips (1 bag)
1 c	chopped nuts
1 tsp	vanilla

Joanne's Notes:

A must at Christmas and requested by all

Crean oleo and sugar, Add rest of ingredients

Roll into balls, place on parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Flatten

Bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
