My family loves these. I make them for gifts in my cookies box.
But realy great any time of the year. I use freash pecans,only because we have a few trees.

Ingredients

2/3 c
chopped pecans
1
egg beaten
3/4 c
brown sugar, light
1 Tbsp
butter melted
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 dash(es)
salt
1 Tbsp
honey
2 box
mini fillo shells

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven 350

2Partly fill shells with pecans on cookie sheet

3make filling with remaining ingredients

4By tsp pour over pecan shells
otional-top with 1/2 pecan

5bake 18-20 min. until golden
remove to cool. I don't let them cool on the cookie sheet.
