1Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg white until almost stiff. Gradually beat in the brown sugar. Fold in the pecans.
2Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 300 for approximately 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove immediately from oven.

Hmmm...I don't know, Bonnie. I have always used regular brown sugar. These little babies are so good. I do hope you try them and if you decide to use the splenda brown sugar let me know how they turn out. They will probably be okay. I used to make these, which doesn't take long at all, for Troy and his little friends after school.
