- basic cookie dough
- egg white
- 1 c
- honey roasted peanuts, finely chopped
1Preheat oven to 375. Line cookie sheets.
Shape dough into 32 balls.
Whisk egg white in a pie plate. Spread finely chopped peanuts on wax paper. Working with a few dough balls at a time, roll in egg white and coat with peanuts.
2Arrange 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
Bake 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool on cookie sheet 3 minutes, then transfer to wire cooling rack; let cool completely.
