These are great fun, look pretty and taste great too! Nutella is one of those treats for myself when I'm wanting to scarf down every bit of chocolate in a 3 square mile radius! One of these cookies can usually quiet the beast and only adds 115 calories to my day!

Ingredients

1/2 c
margarine, softened
3/4 c
creamy peanut butter
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 large
egg
1/2 tsp
vanilla
3/4 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
ground flax seed, optional
1 3/4 c
flour
1/4 c
nutella

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2In a large bowl, combine margarine, peanut butter, both sugars, egg and vanilla. Stir until well blended.
3Stir in flour, ground flax, baking soda, and salt. Combine well.
4Drizzle Nutella on top of dough. Swirl with knife edge. Do not over-blend! Chill dough in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
5Roll dough into balls and place on prepared cookie sheet. Using a fork dipped in granulated sugar, press down on dough balls to form a criss- cross pattern.
6Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on pan for 2-3 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
