Ingredients For oreo truffles

  • 1 pkg
    oreo double stuff cookies, (regular oreos, mint or golden) divided...use both cookie & cream centers)
  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • your choice - white chocoalte, milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate or dark chocolate

How To Make oreo truffles

  • 1
    Finley crush 7 cookies in a food processor or place them in a ziploc bag & crush into a fine consistency. Reserve for later.

    Crush remaining cookies & stir in softened cream cheese. Use the back of a large spoon to help mash the two together.

    Roll the mixture into 1" balls & place on wax paper covered cookie sheet.

    Melt chocolate as directed on the package & then dip balls into chocolate, tap off extra & set aside on wax paper coverd cookie sheet to dry. You can sprinkle the tops with the 7 crushed cookies for decoration or melt a differnet chocolate than using & using a fork drizzle over top.

    Once dry, refrigerate & enjoy!
