Ingredients For oreo cookie pie

  • 1 pkg
    oreo cookie [350 g]
  • 1 1/2 c
    whipping cream
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • yolks can be omitted if you're uncomfortable using raw yolks
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    oreo pie crust [in baking aisle with prepared graham cracker pie crust]

How To Make oreo cookie pie

    Crush Oreo cookies
  • 2
    For pie crust; use either: Use prepared oreo cookie pie crust or Crush cookies and spinkle a few on the bottom of a glass pie crust pr cake pan

    Whip cream
  • 4
    In another bowl, mix egg yolks and vanilla

    Slowly add egg yolk mixture to whipped cream

    Combine with crushed Oreos

    Pour into pie crust/cake pan

    Freeze [1 hr 15 min or until frozen]

    Remove 20 minutes before serving
