1Crush the cookies into crumbs. I used food processor until they were just crumbs, no chunks.
2Mix in the entire container of cream cheese with spoon til thoroughly mixed.
3On wax paper, shape mixture into balls. (slightly smaller than a golf ball) Try not to handle anymore than necessary or the mixture becomes too moist.
4Use double boiler to melt white chocolate and drizzle by teaspoon over balls. Work around balls with the back of the spoon so it runs down the sides covering about half of the balls. Chill to set chocolate. Keep in refrigerator.
