orange crispies

It seems we've all been in the position of "between paychecks" and the children tell you (usually around 10pm) that they need something for the morning school bake sale. At least, this happens to me all the time. So, on the last call for bake sale items, I took what I had in the kitchen and whipped up a batch of cookies. WHOA!!!! To my surprize, these sold first, had tons of requests for more, and now this recipe is a staple that even the children can make. Feel free to change the juice (lemon, lime, peppermint extract, cherry, pineapple etc.) to fit the or any occassion. Be creative!
