Old time coconut oatmeal cranraisns cookies

sweet crunchy and so yummy,great for holiday exchange or just to sharing or just hot of the oven with glass of milk.OMG ITS SO GOOD

Ingredients

1 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c
white sugar (or trivia)
1 c
butter, unsalted
2
eggs
1 c
oatmeal, uncooked
1 c
coconut flakes
1 c
chopped pecan (or almonds sliced.)
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
2 1/4 c
of all purpose flour( king arthur,or gold medal)
1 tsp
pure vanilla extrcat

Step-By-Step

1(1) PREHEAT oven to 350*
2MIX sugars,butter ,eggs and vanilla.
Mix all dry ingredients together,then ADD to the first mixture.
3ADD oats,coconut and nuts,and cranrains to last mixture.
4ROLL: into balls sized of a walnut,and flatten.
BAKE @350* on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
5TIPS: MAKE SURE NOT TO OVERCOOK IT.
ALSO you can make the cookie dough ahead of time and wrap in plastic wrap just roll the dough into a log. and tie the ends together .and freeze it ,until you are ready to bake .
