These are the best Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies that I have ever eaten, and they are so simple to make. This recipe bakes-off to perfection every time. My son is a health oriented type person, unlike his mother, but he loved these so much he ate over a dozen in one sitting. As the old saying goes, " Young or old, nobody can eat just one".
