My mother found this recipe years ago and is a big hit with her Grandchildren. After she passed my sons said that they missed Grandmas O"Henries. So I found her recipe and its brings back happy memories.

Ingredients For o'henries

  • 1 c
    white karo syrup
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 6 c
    special k
  • 2 lg
    hershey chocolate bars

How To Make o'henries

  • 1
    Boil together Karo syrup and sugar.Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Pour over Special K. Press into a jellyroll pan that has been greased. Let cool. In the meantime melt the Hersheys chocolate. Spread on top of cookies. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
