I got one of my random after dinner sweet tooth attacks tonight but couldn't decide what I wanted. Cookies? Nah. Ice cream? Nope. That little bottle of Bailey's hiding in the back of the fridge? Hmmmm...no. Wait! How about all three?!? 5 minutes later, my husband and I were enjoying one of tastiest shakes we've ever had. Gotta love those random concoctions. =D

Ingredients

2 c
half and half (or milk)

gingersnap cookies
4 large
scoops of french vanilla or coffee ice cream (more or less, i wasn't really measuring for this part lol)

shots irish cream liqueur

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend cookies and half and half together until cookies are completely crushed.

Add ice cream and liqueur, and blend until smooth.

Fancy it up with some whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, cookie crumbs, a piece of candied ginger, or even all of the above.
