Oh Snap! Gingersnap Shake with a Kick

- 2 c
- half and half (or milk)
- gingersnap cookies
- 4 large
- scoops of french vanilla or coffee ice cream (more or less, i wasn't really measuring for this part lol)
- shots irish cream liqueur
1Blend cookies and half and half together until cookies are completely crushed.
2Add ice cream and liqueur, and blend until smooth.
3Fancy it up with some whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, cookie crumbs, a piece of candied ginger, or even all of the above.
