Ingredients For oatmeal zucchini cookies with chocolate chips

1 call purpose flour

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1 1/4 cbrown sugar

1 cbutter
-
1 lgegg
-
1 tspvanilla extract

2 3/4 coatmeal
-
2 czucchini,shredded
-
3/4 csemi-sweet mini chocloate chips

1/2 cpecans,chopped
How To Make oatmeal zucchini cookies with chocolate chips

1Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla to that mixture.

2In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, oats, salt, and cinnamon. Add this dry mixture to the previous butter mixture.

3Slowly add zucchini, pecans, and chocolate chips.

4Put tablespoon fulls of the dough on the cookie sheets. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15-18 minutes or until edges are lightly brown.
