Beat eggs, stir in raisins and vanilla. Chill for one hour.
Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and oatmeal. Slowly add to sugar/butter mixture. Once combined add in the raisin egg mixture. Let chill for one hour up to overnight covered. Remove from refrigerator 30 minute before baking.
Use a 1 TBS cookie scoop to place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes. Remove partially cooled cookies on to cooling rack to completely cool.
