Ingredients

4 1/4 oz
butter
9 oz
brown sugar
2 oz
eggs
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
6 1/4 oz
bread flour
1 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
5 1/4 oz
rolled oats
4 1/2 oz
raisins

Step-By-Step

1Cream butter and the sugar on medium speed untill mixed throughly, but not fluffy.
2Gradually add the eggs and vanilla.
3Combine the dry ingredients and add these to the bowl; mix to 50% incorperation.
4Add the raisins and the oats and mix until incorperated.
5Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies onto a parchment lined sheet an, and bake at 350F in a convection oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
