This recipe is my favorite because of the person I thought of when it was created... My boyfriend Joe loves chocolate and oatmeal so when combining my ingredients; I made sure to include these two ingredients and they made for the best chocolate chip cookies I ever had. So it's a tradition I use weekly and Joe couldn't be happier!

Extra chocolate = extra yum! The healthy amount of chocolate in this recipe is a real delight. If you can, splurge on high-quality chocolate for this one. You'll be glad you did!
