Ingredients

3/4 c
(1 1/2 sticks) butter,softened
3/4 c
granulated sugar
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed

eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
salt
3 c
quick cooking oats or regular rolled oats
1 2/3 c
(10 oz.) butterscotch chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 375*

In a large bowl,beat butter,sugars until well blended.Add eggs and vanilla;blend thoroughly.
Stir together flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt;
gradually add to butter mixture,beating until well blended.Stir in oats and butterscotch chips;mix well.

Drop by teaspoons onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly;remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.Cool completely.
