Ingredients For nutella mousse

  • CRUST:
  • 10
    original (chocolate) double stuf oreo cookies (filling included), crushed
  • MOUSSE:
  • 9 oz
    nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy cream, cold
  • 1 tsp
    instant coffee powder

How To Make nutella mousse

    In a 6" springform pan, pour crushed oreos into the bottom, pack tightly with the flat bottom of a glass.

    Place nutella & coffee in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on LOW for 10 second intervals or until mixture is the consistancy of heavy cream. Stir mixture to incorporate the coffee into it. Set aside to coll mixture to room temperature, 30 - 45 minutes.

    In stand mixer with whisk, whip cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into nutella mixture.

    Pour over oreo crust in pan; refrigerate overnight.
