sweetened flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper or coat generously with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl whisk together egg whites, sugar and salt until frothy.
With fork, stir in flaked coconut until moistened.
Drop by packed tablespoons or packed scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet(cookies will not spread)
Bake, rotating sheet halfway through, until lightly golden brown. about 20-25 minutes(depending on your oven). Transfer cookies on parchment paper to cooling rack too cool completely.
Store in airtight container, at room temp.
Will stay fresh 3-4 days.
