No Sugar No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies

I am a diabetic so I try to come up with things that will satisfy my sweet tooth. (Sometimes I cheat.)I had this recipe using sugar and decided to try with Splenda granulated. It worked great and they taste pretty good. They have 164 calories and 9 carb grams. I try to eat just one.

Ingredients

1 c
splenda
1 c
peanut butter

egg

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by tsp. onto cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes but watch them because they burn quickly
