No-Bake Cornflake Cookies

1/2 c	sugar
1/2 c	corn syrup, light
1/4 tsp	salt
1 c	peanut butter, crunchy
6 c	corn flakes cereal

These are a must try! The first time I had one of these I was hooked! They are easy to make and always disappear fast!

Directions

In 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved and mixture just begins to bubble. Remove from heat.

Add peanut butter to hot syrup, stirring until combined. Stir in corn flakes cereal until evenly coated.

Drop by spoonfuls unto pan coated with cooking spray. Cool completely and enjoy!

I have been brainstorming.......I'm going to make these and try using equal shares of corn chex and rice chex instead of the cornflakes. I'll let you know what happens. I also though about increasing the syrup mixture a tiny bit and adding coconut as well.......hmmmmmmm......too much time on my hands! LOL 80)
