baking cocoa (do not use hershey's)
SET THESE ASIDE FOR LATER
jif peanut butter, 18 oz.
Combine sugar, baking cocoa, butter, and milk together in pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Let mixture boil for one minute, stirring constantly or sugar will burn.
After one minute, remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla extract. Stir together.
You may need to add a pinch or two more oats to make the cookies thicker.
Drop cookies onto foil, or wax paper making them whatever size you want to cool.
