No Bake Bumpy Peanut Butter Nuggets

Found this recipe at All Recipes and thought I would make them for my little granddaughters.

Chill time is not included in prep time.

Makes 30 balls

1/2 c
natural peanut butter, creamy, for small children
1/4 c
nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c
unsweetened flaked coconut
1/3 c
rolled oats
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 c
wheat germ
1/4 c
unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first three items, in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, until thoroughly combined.
Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Chill thoroughly, before serving. Store nuggets in the refrigerator.
Makes 30 balls.
