Lightly butter 11 x 17 inch cookie sheet. Arrange graham crackers side by side, edges touching on coookie sheet.
Place butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until buttermelts and sugar dissolves. Mix in vanilla. Increase heat to high and boil one minute.
Pour caramel over graham crackers. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake until caramel toppping bubbles and turns dark brown, about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let cool 4 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack. Break into pieces. Enjoy
