This is one of my beach buddy's, recipes. They are really good. I like making them because it doesn't make so much for two people to handle.

Ingredients For mystery bars

  • 2 c
    finely crushed honey gram cracker crumbs (about one sleeve)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    chopped dates
  • 1/2 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz
    can eagle brand condensed milk (not evaporated)

How To Make mystery bars

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Stir together the first four ingredients. Mix in milk and combine well.

    Spread evenly in a greased 8x8" pan or baking dish. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes. Cool then cut into bars.
