Momofuku Milk Bar's Compost Cookie
your favorite baking ingredients (options: chocolate chips, raisenettes, rollos, cocoa krispies)
your favorite snack foods (chips, pretzels, etc.)
Cream butter, sugars, and corn syrup
Add in eggs and vanilla. Beat for almost 10 minutes until creamy and almost doubled in size
Add flour and leavening agents, then once mixed thoroughly add in your favorite ingredients. Be careful not to overmix.
Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour
Scoop dough into small balls using a cookie scoop or two small spoons. Bake at 400 F for 9-11 minutes.
