|1 c||vegetable oil|
|1 c||cold coffee|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|3 c||all purpose flour|
|2 - 2 1/2 c||brown sugar, firmly packed|
|1 tsp||baking soda|
|1 c||(6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips|
|3/4 c||chopped walnuts|
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 15x10x1" baking pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, coffee & vanilla.
Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, & baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to coffee mixture; beat until smooth.
Pour into greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until top spring back when lightly touched.
Cool completely before cutting.
