mmmm oatmeal raisin cookies

This is another recipe i found off a crisco can but i changed it some . these are also my hubby's and my mother in law's favorite cookies . i can't keep these in my house when the hubby is home he inhales them all and i made some for my mother in law this christmas and she said they were awesome !

Ingredients For mmmm oatmeal raisin cookies

3/4 ccrisco butter flavor all-vegetable shortening

3/4 csugar
-
3/4 cfirmly packed brown sugar ( i use light brown sugar)

2 lgeggs
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract
-
1 call purpose flour ( i use king arthur flour )

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspground cinnamon
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
2 3/4 cold fashion rolled oats ( i use quaker )

1 craisins ( u may use any brand you like )
How To Make mmmm oatmeal raisin cookies

1Heat Oven to 350 degrees. coat baking sheets with a non- stick cooking spray .

2Beat shortening,sugar,& brown sugar in a large bowl at meduim speed until blended . beat in eggs and vanilla . combine flour,baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Beat into shortening mixture until smooth . stir in your oats and raisins

3Drop roounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on baking sheets. bake 10 to 12 mins or until light brown cool on baking sheets 2 mins . remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely ... enjoy!
