3/4 c
1/2 c

2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
ice water
1 tsp
vanilla extract

1Cream together the egg, sugar, and butter.
2Add flour, baking soda, ice water and vanilla and mix well.
3Divide into 2 portions, roll out and cut with a cookie cutter.
4Bake at 350 until very lightly browned. For crispy cookies, roll thinly. For softer cookies, make them a little thicker. Store in a well-sealed container. Warning: these will go quickly, so you better make 2 batches!
