Ingredients

  • 4 chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, fat free
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, low-fat, room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy, reduced fat
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup cool whip free
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 4 teaspoons peanuts, dry roasted, chopped

How To Make low fat chocolate peanut parfaits

  • Step 1
    Divide crushed wafers amoung 4 parfait glasses.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, beat the milk, cream cheese, peanut butter, lemon juice & extract. Fold in cool whip. Spoon over wafers. Cover & refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup & sprinkle with peanuts.
