Ingredients

1 1/2 c
unsifted flour
1/3 c
confectioners' sugar
3/4 c
cold butter
2 c
firmly packed light brown sugar
4
eggs, beaten
1 c
flaked coconut
1 c
finely chopped pecans
3 Tbsp
flour
1/2 tsp
baking powder

LEMON ICING

2 c
confectioners' sugar
3 Tbsp
lemon juice from concentrate
2 Tbsp
butter, softened

Assemble ingredients

Preheat oven to 350

In medium bowl, combine flour and confectioners' sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.

Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan bake 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except icing; mix well.

Spread evenly over baked crust; bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

Spread with lemon icing; chill.



Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.

Lemon Icing:

Combine 2 cups confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice concentrate and 2 tablespoons of softened butter or margarine, mix until smooth..

If you like a lot of icing; double the batch.

I find that the icing is a bit thick, I like mine thinner, so , I added about a tablespoon of cream.
