Lemon Cookies

These Lemon Cookies are so good, and they're equally good glazed or without the glaze. The recipe produces a soft, chewy cookie with a lemon glaze on top, for an added citrus boost.

Baking time assumes all 4 dozen cookies are baked in one batch. If your oven will accommodate only 2 cookie sheets, you might have to bake them in two batches and that will increase the total baking baking time. But each batch will still be about 9-12 minutes.
