Often times when I stopped in at mom's, she would be making these delicious cookies. I'll always remember the wonderful smell of them baking and of mom leaning over the kitchen counter carefully removing them from the cookie sheets. They were one of her specialties in the mobile home park, where she lived, and she would often bake them for bingo night.
Place butter in a 13" x 9" pan and melt in a preheated 350 degree oven.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the butter, packing them down. Sprinkle in the coconut, sprinkle in the chocolate chips, sprinkle in the butterscotch chips, and pour in the milk.
Sprinkle with the pecans and push down lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool and cut in to bars.
