Cream butter and sugars together until creamy then add 1 egg at a time. Mix until fluffy, then add your Kaluha and your molasses until blended.
Mix all your dry ingredients together, then mix with the butter and sugar mixture a cup of flour mix at a time. Then fold in your chocolate chips and nuts.
Preheat oven to 375. Use a 4 oz ice cream scoop to measure out your cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. bake the cookie for about 12 to 14 minutes. Let cookie cool on baking sheet for about 3 minutes then transfer to cooling rack and cool completely. These cookies will be soft in the middle please let cool. If you want a crisper cookie cook a little longer.
